Hello everyone,

Since contributors have asked how they can contribute, I asked my agents to
help create contribution guide and suggest some good initial issues.

The previous contributing guide was framed for "security disclosure"
because it was a spin-off from our security private repo, so I will merge
the contributing guide quickly. We can definitely iterate on it and improve
it, but I thought it's good to have "something". For now, even if I do not
particularly love it, conventional commits seem to be something agents
prefer. I think we can discuss this further in the future, but for now ...
it's good to start with :).

For issues - I created tickets for all the integrations we miss (Jira
"write," Bugzilla, GitHub, Forgejo, Different LLMs - including local
ones—and different CLIs, including OpenCode, Codex etc.

We have already added some skill-related modifications and features. If
you think there are other things we can add, feel free to do so. I think
for now just adding a collection of tasks we can work on is a good idea. We
will probably want to set milestones and plan after we "Establish"
ourselves.

J.
