not that i don't want to use mepis, but it can't even get my wifi card to work (have to use in office)... kernel panic

try, kanotix instead... i think quite like mepis (some say better)

been tryin for a few days while waiting for the patch for mepis to release...

kanotix seems to have my problems solve... hardware, etc

Ok, I have to admit that due to the ongoing problem with simplyMEPIS not 
automounting partitions, I have not downloaded the final.  At the moment 
I am looking for another distribution that has most of the ease of use 
of MEPIS, but does not have this problem.  So, I don;t know if OS 
control centre is missing from final.

In 3.3 test 3, it is under:
Kmenu
System and is located between Kuser and Print jobs.
