JSD. Firebug's the main consumer, AFAIK.
The meta bug for removing JSD is bug 800200. I believe the primary
blocking issue is bug 716647 ("allow Debugger to be enabled with
debuggee frames on the stack"), which jorendorff is starting to work on.
