Yes, but our periodic clobber has been in effect long before that bug
(and in fact for as long as I can remember.)
Do we need periodic clobber? It's just wallpapering over legit
clobber-needed issues, which doesn't exactly help us fix them.
I'm fine with clobbering on "special" builds (such as Nightly and other
release builds).
