Just landed in inbound are patches that hopefully resolve the issue
where WebIDL changes required a clobber on Windows.
Please stop touching CLOBBER when modifying WebIDL files. Please be on
the lookout for WebIDL build system oddities.
Please be advised that developer workflow for updating WebIDL files has
changed slightly. See [1].
Report issues in bug 928195.
FWIW, WebIDLs are a complicated aspect of the build system and I
wouldn't be surprised if there are rocky times for the next few days. I
apologize in advance for any rough sailing.
