After Thunderbird is now back, a "Mozilla Update Service" exist and the Crash

environment / framework) together again on Windows ???
That chance is basically 0, even if you assume to be using FF and TB on the same version (say betas of both). The absolute minimum requirement would be being able to share the same libxul, which both Firefox developers and Thunderbird developers have had very little inclination to work towards making possible.
