This is news to me. I've been using VS2012 since I started at Mozilla in
Sept 2013, so I was a bit dismayed to have my build on windows break on
returning from Xmas/NY break.
Ehsan, do you have any guidance on the version of VS2013 we should be
using locally? I have successful built trunk after installing VS2013
Community, for which its documentation states: "An unlimited number of
users within an organization can use Visual Studio Community for the
following scenarios: [...] contributing to open source projects."
