*Summary*: We don't currently support documents.elementsFromPoint, while IE and Chrome do (I'm not sure if Opera and Safari have gotten around to it yet). It's making important things like IRCCloud angry. There's also an elementsFromRect, but I think I may wait on that since it doesn't even have a spec yet (https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27837).
