Right now the new bug form UI replies heavily on the Mozilla theme which is
why it is automatically enabled when selecting the experiment ui selection.
We will need to look at whether the new UI can be made to work with the
older themes. We officially support the Mozilla theme and have not done any
work on the older themes in a long time. If there are particular issues
that you are seeing while using the Mozilla theme, would it be possible for
you to create bug reports for us so we can address them. We only have
resources to be able to support one theme at this time.

Thanks
