The W3C is proposing a new charter for:

  Publishing Working Group
  https://www.w3.org/2017/04/publ-wg-charter/
  https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2017Apr/0002.html

Mozilla has the opportunity to register support, comments, or
objections through Sunday, May 14, 2017.

Please reply to this thread if you think there's something we should
say as part of this charter review, or if you think we should
support or oppose it.

This working group is the result of the recent merger of IDPF into
W3C; see https://www.w3.org/blog/news/archives/6102 .

The charter of the group involves some work on packaging and work on
EPUB 4. There has also been a good bit of discussion of changes
since the charter was proposed; see
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2017Apr/thread.html#msg12
and perhaps particularly

Before I built a wall I'd ask to know
What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
