No idea whether it's related - I'm regularily observing similar problems in older version (eg. 49) - but in my case it comes back again (sometimes takes several minutes). The problem increases with the numeber of tabs and seems to happen especially while loading. A hard case is ebay, maybe because it loads lots of extra urls. Similar problems w/ TB - busy w/ 100% load for several minutes and then comes back. (a long existing problem w/ TB).
