A W3C Proposed Recommendation is available for the membership of W3C
(including Mozilla) to vote on, before it proceeds to the final
stage of being a W3C Recomendation:

  CSS Color Module Level 3
  https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-3/
Deadline for responses: April 12, 2018

This is a minor revision of a previous recommendation; the changes
are listed at
https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/PR-css-color-3-20180315/#changes-since-REC

I intend to vote in favor, but if anybody disagrees with that or
thinks we should make certain comments, please reply to this thread.
(I plan to comment that it would be good for the boilerplate to link
to the Editor's Draft.)

Before I built a wall I'd ask to know
What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
