For what it's worth, I've been getting this prompt a _lot_ recently; presumably I finally updated to a nightly that does the prompt.
As a user, I have been tending to uncheck the "remember" checkbox, because I don't understand the implications of having the answer remembered and how it would affect the site's behavior in the future...
