nsIHTMLEditor::CreateElementWithDefaults(),
nsIHTMLEditor::GetSelectedElement() and
nsIHTMLEditor::nsIHTMLEditor::GetElementOrParentByTagName() treat
"namedanchor" as <a name="..."> element. However, it seems that this is
legacy name since there is another name, "anchor", and only "anchor" is
used in comm-central and BlueGriffon. Due to not defined as an Atom, it
does not make sense to keep supporting this value.
