Sure, I have filed bug 1495039.
The patch for this bug is now on autoland and should be merging to
central shortly. The MOZ_DEBUG_BROWSER_PROCESS and
MOZ_DEBUG_BROWSER_PAUSE environment variables are analogous to the
MOZ_DEBUG_CHILD_* equivalents.
