I can wholeheartedly agree with that. We run Thunderbird in a debug build for development and the amount of console output is a real concern, especially from the Editor, as far as output from Mozilla platform code is concerned. I think it's fair to say that the Thunderbird compose window doesn't use the Mozilla editor in a way that wasn't intended, so most of the output is unexpected.
