Hello,

Some components are monitored by a rotation of triagers. In those cases,
the triage owner is seen as the person responsible for assuring the
component is triaged, but the work is done by the people in the rotation.
However, rotations are not reflected on Bugzilla, which means some triage
owners might be overwhelmed by bugs to triage and needinfos from autonag or
release managers. This might lead to a long response time and a growing
backlog and pain.

To mitigate this problem, we implemented a feature for autonag to
automatically update the triage owner on Bugzilla to reflect the person on
the rotation calendar instead of having the same person shown as a triage
owner on Bugzilla while the actual work is done by the people in the
rotation calendar. This way, needinfo requests will be sent to the people
in the rotation instead of all to the same person.

If you would like to set up triage rotation for your team, add a link to
your rotation calendar in the triage rotations spreadsheet
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1EK6iCtdD8KP4UflIHscuZo6W5er2vy_TX7vsmaaBVd4/edit>.
You can always find the link to the spreadsheet in Firefox Source Docs
<https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/bug-mgmt/policies/triage-bugzilla.html#rotating-triage>
.

Thank you,

Suhaib, on behalf of the CI and Quality Tools team.
