Hello all,

We intend to ship Global Privacy Control in Firefox 120. We will enable a
checkbox in about:preferences#privacy to indicate the user's
*do-not-sell-or-share
preference* with a default value "unset." We will also "set" the users'
*do-not-sell-or-share* *preference* in Private Browsing mode.

Summary: GPC is a signal, transmitted over the `Sec-GPC` HTTP header and
through the `navigator.globalPrivacyControl` attribute, that conveys a
person's request to websites and services to not sell or share their
personal information with third parties. This standard is intended to work
with existing and upcoming legal frameworks that render such requests
enforceable.
