Hello,
I intend to enable URLPattern for all channels as of Firefox 142 (and I
may be able to get nightly-only in 141, TBD).
Pref: `dom.urlpattern.enabled`

WHATWG standard: https://urlpattern.spec.whatwg.org/
Status in other browsers is:
* Chrome: since v95
* Safari: currently in safari preview
