As of Firefox 144, I intend to stop dispatching beforescriptexecute and
afterscriptexecute events to web content by default on all channels. These
events are non-standard and aren't implemented by other browsers.

Bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1584269
Preference: dom.events.script_execute.enabled
