Hey Andrew, how does this change the scope of existing channels like
#developers, #firefox-ci, etc.? Is #dev-help intended to be more of a
“let’s get you routed to the right place” channel, or is it supposed to be
the new place for *all* issues motivated by “I’m a developer that ran into
problems with components I don’t have responsibility for?”
