Summary:Storage-Access-Headers allows servers to opt-in into unpartitioned cookies via HTTP headers if storage-access was granted prior with theStorage-Access-API <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Storage_Access_API>. The feature was enabled Nightly-only in Fx145 and is now riding the trains with Fx147 (Bug 2004044).
