Richard stated to me at one point (I can't remember whether in person or by email) that at the time of speaking, he was no longer CEO, and they were looking for a new one, but he was CXO, where the X was, I think, an O, but might have been a T. So at one point, he did assert that he was no longer CEO. It seems like, from the website, this has changed.
