Thank you for the reminder! I have done so just now. I'm not sure how long that 
process will take to work through things, nor what all the steps in that 
process are, but it has at least started.

I proposed a simple diff, removing only the trailing words "if any, within the 
scope of the CRL" from the requirement in section 5.2.5, bringing that 
sentence's structure in line with the corresponding text in X.509 (08/2005) 
Section 8.6.2.2.
