I cannot make any definitive statements on whether that is allowed or not at this point, but I do think this might be worth exploring. If it is not allowed - CAs are seeking a rule change anyway, we could just allow this instead if it is not a currently allowed approach. Theoretically speaking.

And also it would probably not hurt to see if there will be any relevant discussion on the benefits and problems of such an approach. :)
