Again this isn't impossible, just raises the cost of doing business,
after all how do you think people have been committing cheque fraud over
the years when they steal mail from other peoples mail boxes?

Or the fact there is companies buying old printers from power companies
and other businesses for the purposes of reprinting "old account"
documents, for the purpose of ID fraud.

ID theft, and ID Fraud is rampant, none of these moves will stop a
determined attacker, it will only cull out the stupid.
