No, the dialog does not appear. And intentional or not, it is probably
the right thing to do in computer designed for kids.

What I was trying to achieve was to work with a TiddlyWiki (a wiki
self contained in a single html file) in the XO. But, quoting myself
in a post in the TiddlyWiki google group
