Hi, Not all distros are created equally. If you aren't finding updates for your distro, I'd advise you to complain to them. Speaking for RHEL and Fedora, we strive to have updates out in under 24 hours (many times they are out in much less than 24 hours). RHEL updates were out in less than 24 hours, and Fedora updates were ready as well, but an issue caused the Fedora updates a bit of delay in pushing the bits to the mirrors, though the builds were available direct from Fedora's build hosts.
