Some things listed here don't have obvious an obvious action that
could result from measurement. "HTML5 entities" and "HTML5 comment
parsing" are listed without any explanation what exactly is proposed
for removal if a measurement shows something. It would be nice to have
some explanation for what it would mean to measure or remove "HTML5
comment parsing" for instance.
