That function prints out a graph in 'dot' format, as used by GraphViz.
See http://www.graphviz.org/. The basic tool that I use with the dot
graphs is the 'dot' program. E.g. to produce an SVG file, run 'dot -
Tsvg foo.dot > foo.svg'.
