I forgot to include a smiley in the previous message which may have
looked a bit harsh without it ;-) I'll just wait till that
"file_index.txt" thing is fixed.

If that error log is complete, then it's not really worrying by itself.
Only 22 files are in error (which is certainly a tiny part of the
Mozilla tree) :
- 20 of which are idl files
- most of those idl files come from /other-licenses/ia2, three from
/accessible
- the two other are apparently obscure header file specific to the mac
platform
Except if it has caused DXR to stop indexing the rest, I don't expect
those errors to have had any significant impact on the indexing of the
whole tree. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if dxr.mozilla.com/mozilla
also had the same error, and nobody noticed.
On the other hand, it means the problems you've seen on "GfxContext"
probably come from something else.
