This seems to be complaint about NSS, yet it is filed in the NSPR newsgroup
not the NSS newsgroup.  So, I'm cross posting this reply to m.d.t.crypto
which is effectively the NSS newsgroup.

OTOH, I wonder if this is really a manifestation of bug

which IS an NSPR bug.
