The comment period has ended, and there are no outstanding issues and 
questions, so I'm formally approving the Go Daddy request to EV-enable 
its existing roots. I've filed bug 418958 to make the actual code 
changes required:

Note that the bug is filed against PSM (only) because the certs in 
question are already in NSS, and PSM is where the EV metadata is handled.
