We are almost finished with exactly rooting the shell. There are
currently 144 remaining rooting issues, down from 189 on Friday. I'm
hoping that the "r" on TBPL will be solidly green by early next week at
the latest. Once we enable it by default on m-i, Milestone 1 will be
complete.

To summarize: this week is the final push on Milestone 1. Steve is
coordinating work using etherpad
(https://etherpad.mozilla.org/m5VbrA00YP). Feel free to go fix a couple
and share in the glory.

It's not quite time to break out the champaign, however: the browser
still remains. On Friday, Bill and I sat down with the browser to see if
there were going to be any significant problems with the heap pointer
side of things. The answer, is yes, but only the problems we already
know about. Given that we already have workable solutions in mind for
these, we would like to move ahead with using the existing stack rooting
API in the browser.

By next week it is probably going to be hard to divide up the remaining
work. Once we do get to this position, feel free to dive into Milestone
2: get a rooting analysis build for the browser up on TBPL, green it up,
and get it on by default. [Bug 764882]

We're making great progress towards Milestone 3: release an exactly
rooted Firefox to the world. Lets keep on it.
