I just used the Bugzilla's UI for modifying the bugs in a search result, and added a random string in the comment which is unlikely to occur in real bugmail and can be used to filter out those emails.
But if the number of bugs affected here is a lot, it may be a better idea to file a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org and ask the admins to modify the database directly on those bugs. That won't generate any bugmail for anyone.
