I've now added two new targets to build.xml:

retrojar: builds js-14.jar that can be run on Java 1.4
retrosmalljar: builds smalljs-14.jar that can be run on Java 1.4

It automatically downloads and unpacks Retrotranslator 2.3.1 binaries
from SourceForge into a location in the build directory. The generated
*-14.jar files are self-contained; they contain a package-renamed
required subset of Retrotranslator's runtime support classes. In plain
English, all of this should Just Work :-)
