Unable to ftp 1_7R1-RC3

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to pull rhino1_7R1-RC3.zip from ftp.mozilla.org.  I am getting a 550 
Failed to open file.  It appears that "others" do not have read permission on 
this file.  Can somebody fix that?
