Dear all,

As of today, I'm passing the role of Rhino maintainer to Norris Boyd.
Norris is one of Rhino's original authors, and it is safe to say that
he has more insight into its architecture and internals than anyone
else. He - together with his several other colleagues at Google - is
also instrumental in pushing Rhino toward JS 1.7 feature set and
beyond, and they are the most active developers for Rhino for quite
some time.

As for myself, I simply had to realize that I don't have (and won't
have in the foreseeable future) the required bandwidth to devote to
Rhino as could be expected from a maintainer, hence the decision to
step down from the role. I wouldn't want the project to stagnate
because I'm a decision-making bottleneck.

I'm staying with the project as a committer for now - I'll be
answering questions on the list and also working on Bugzilla issues
when I find time, although I'll probably only have capacity to be
responding to issues closely related to code bits that I developed.

Attila.
