Isn't this documented in the FunctionObject constructor: http://www.mozilla.org/rhino/apidocs/org/mozilla/javascript/FunctionObject.html#FunctionObject(java.lang.String, java.lang.reflect.Member, org.mozilla.javascript.Scriptable)? I'll fix the docs if there's something missing.
