Does sealing it increase performance? In other words, if I don't
seal the the scope since I am only running trusted scripts and I
might actually want to add something to the shared scope, is it a
detriment to performance? If it is better performing to seal, I
would seal it.
As far as I can tell, it has no effect on performance...
