I can't seam to find a way to create new Error classes in Rhino
(JavaScript errors, like TypeError that inherit from Error).
I've been hunting through the source code and can't find any method of
creating error classes. And the code that NativeGlobal uses to create
errors can't be used elsewhere and even a hack can't access the
information needed to make it create those errors.
