Where is the code where Rhino is supposed to be doing the history and
whatnot in the shell?
I've looked all through toolsrc/org/mozilla/ and the shell subdir and I
can't see where the shell is handling this. All I see is plain stdin
reading.
I'm trying to replicate part of the shell in writing a shell that can be
started up JS side.
