Propably there is no difference between the current Gecko and it's
Cairo-based version
in this concern, but point out if so:
I was wondering where the WindowsAPI and the NGLayout meet when it comes to
showing a window? Is the complete window rendered by Gecko or just it's
content?
Can someone perhaps point me to the GranParadiso-Code where the connection
from Gecko to it's underlying OperatingSystem happens?
