Obsolete isn't a state that's true or false; it's something that
happens gradually as the world changes and the documentation stays
the same.  The date on the documentation is generally a good
indicator.

http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/doc/ has a list of things (and I
just added a link to slides and video for a talk I have in China
last September; the page should update in a few minutes).

I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for, though.
