Doesn't sound like it. Can you please file a bug, assigned to the owner
of the HTML5 drag-n-drop bug, and request blocking 1.9.1? That said,
maybe having the moz-user-select is not the right thing: just because
something is draggable doesn't mean it shouldn't be selectable. Clearly
there's an issue in the underlying drag code that needs to be addressed.

We can't require web developers to add -moz properties to make use of
HTML5 drag-and-drop. That's completely unreasonable.
