Yes, but that call is preceded by RemoveFrame calls on the out-of-flows whose placeholders are under the frame being removed but whose containing blocks are not.

Yes, well, the placeholder/out-of-flow handling needs revamping anyway,
which is part of the reason I'm looking at this code. I don't think it's
that hard, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow. :)
