Why would you want the scrollbar to go away when the page is wider than
the window (not the _screen_, by the way)? That's exactly the case in
which when the user needs the scrollbar.
(I've been running in a more and more sites whose content is inaccessible
without resizing windows because someone disabled the scrollbar. Disabling
the scrollbar seems like a pretty stupid thing to do. Any idea why
people are doing that?)
