I would like to remove layout/html from our tree, as I believe it does
more harm than good in its current form. Over in bug 652192 [1], David
Baron granted review to do just that, but asked me to mention it here
too. If you have any objections, please let me know (here or in the bug)
this week. If I hear none, I expect to push the removal next weekend.
