Earlier today I landed
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91419 (no, there's not
a digit missing), which means that the sequence of frames associated
with the splitting that happens when a block is placed inside an
inline are no longer called "special".

NS_FRAME_IS_SPECIAL has been replaced with NS_FRAME_PART_OF_IBSPLIT,
and other names (and even comments) have changed to match.

The new names probably aren't perfect, but they're certainly less
special.

Before I built a wall I'd ask to know
What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
