Hi all
I'm in the process of implementing a OpenLDAP server that will support
posixAccounts and adressbooks. I have created this example user and when
I try to import him into firebird only one field show up (namley Display
name). Why is not the standard schemes supported in firebird?
I then tried to create a full user inside of firebird and exported it as
a ldif file. Now I notice a specialized schema from mozilla. Now my LDAP
directory will be accessed from a couple of dirrerent mail clients so
having a mozilla specefic layout of the adress entries is not a good option.
Will support for the standard inetOrgPerson schema be added? Is there
any good workaround or suggestion to how to build a personalcontact in
LDAP that will be accessible from the most common mail clients with LDAP
support?
